Total Sobfest

I stayed home with a sore throat yesterday and decided to watch this:

Just looking at this picture makes me want to start sobbing all over again.

Have you watched Masterpiece Theatre's Tess of the d'Urbervilles?

I haven't seen Tess of the d'Urbervilles. I'll remember to have tissue handy when I do.

  3. Wow -- to have a sore throat and watch this too? I hope you're feeling better. Maybe you flushed out all the germs with your tears? It's an excellent film.

  8. I haven't seen it but I've recently heard about it. Just seeing Stonehenge in the background makes me a little antsy, though. I just didn't get the ending of the book after loving the rest of it. :)

    Hope you're feeling better.

  11. I guess you're feeling better by now ;) But.. you've got ME frustrated again! LOL

I had taped al 3 (..) episodes when Tess was broadcasted a few months back, so I could watch them all in one go. And I did -- but then I discovered there should have been a 4th and final episode :((

BTW I think I preferred Sense & Sensibility to Tess. But that's just a guess now, isn't it? ;)
