It's Tuesday, Where Are You?

I just left Oxfordshire where I'd been spending most weekends with old college friends at a large country manor. The emotional dynamics got very disturbing and I really wanted to ease myself out of this unhealthy situation. I was working toward this end during a very Gatsby-esque party, but once again got drawn back into the group drama. When the end came, I wasn't sure if it was tragic or hopeful. 1. 1985 where superheroes are being knocked off one by one. Watchmen. It is a strange and different read (from what I'm used to), but I'm really liking it so far.

A tragic OR hopeful ending? Seems complicated!

  2. Trish: I was wondering about Watchmen. My husband wants to see it in the theater when it comes out.

The ending of my book was definitely tragic, but it is debatable about whether or not there is really any hope. Yes, complicated. Weird ending.
