    The name of the restaurant in DC is in Georgetown and called Cafe La Ruche. Hope she enjoys it!

  4. I think your granddaughter would like Firegirl. It's more like a 5-6th grade level as far as the writing goes, but the subject matter is probably more appropriate for someone a little more mature like your granddaughter (a few of the descriptions of the burned girl are a little scary, although not meant for shock value - just the way things are).
